SHIPPING POLICY

We are a small family ran business, while we try our best to get your orders out within a 2-3 days sometimes things do come up. If you provided your email while ordering you will receive an email notice when your items have shipped.  Also, please note that we have little control over delivery time once the products leave our hands. 

What happens if the products sent isn't what you ordered?

Even as hard as we try to be perfect everybody makes mistakes and everybody has those days…If this happens we want to fix it for you. Please send an email to info@mymsskincare.com with a photo of the product (or products) we sent and we will get to work on sending you the correct product(s) right away. NOTE: We cannot send replacement products internationally due to customs restrictions.

I received my order but it was damaged in transit!

Our products are pretty durable but it can happen. If you just happen to be the lucky winner of this bad luck please send an email to: info@mymsskincare.com with attached photo(s) of the damaged item(s) and we will be in touch with a solution.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If this time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of the items we sell, refunds and exchanges are not typically available.  Credits for future purchases may be available in some cases. If you believe that your situation may warrant such please contact us at info@mymsskincare.com so we can review the details. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
